Sibéal’s Story

Feel so privileged to work as a psychotherapist and to join my clients on their journey towards making changes in their life.

The birth of transitions is not always joyful or pain-free, but personal experience and self- reflection are an important part to see with new eyes and to detect and appreciate the crossroad for “change”.

My journey began in 1993 where I worked in ACCORD, as part of a team, facilitating both personal enrichment for women and pre-marriage courses for couples.

I also attended Maynooth College from 1995 and in 1999 I graduated from the Tivoli Institute in psychotherapy. I also went on to graduate in 2007 from Middlesex University in London in Clinical Supervision. I am an accredited member of the IACP both as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor.

My approach is humanistic and integrative in orientation and my work is also influenced by psychodynamic, gestalt and CBT approached. I run a busy private practice on the north side of Dublin.
